Service Requests will be inspected by CCMAD technicians to find out the following:
• Is there a mosquito problem?
• What is causing the problem?
• How it can be addressed?

The technician may offer public education on mosquito prevention, treat where possible, and/or turn the request in for reassignment to the appropriate department(s).

For events, two weeks’ notice is required.
All service requests are received and reviewed by our office staff. We will only respond if we need additional information.
